CLIFTON R. DYKE
Mr. Dyke has over 25 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, including property management, finance, leasing, development and investments.
For 13 years Mr. Dyke was Director of Development for Ivanhoe and then Director of Investments and Asset Management at SITQ, both real estate companies controlled by the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec, Canada’s largest pension fund manager. In this role, he was responsible for investment, development and asset management, and built a regional real estate portfolio in excess of $500 million.
More recently, Mr. Dyke was President of Redbourne Advisors Inc. for 5 years. Being responsible for real estate west of Quebec, he built a $300 million portfolio along with the necessary management team.
Mr. Dyke has a Bachelor of Commerce, and an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto.
